Janne Kalliola, chair
founder, Coonti
Janne is the founder and lead consultant of Coonti. He focuses on creating sustainable digital solutions where artificial intelligence, sovereignty, and responsibility are taken into account.
Before Coonti, Janne served as Chief Growth Officer and CEO at Exove, as Head of Product Development at Continuent, and at First Hop, where he originally started as a Senior Software Developer.
Janne has written a book on green coding and is committed to promoting sustainability and eco-efficiency in IT by all possible means.
European data sovereignty and open source are close to Janne’s heart. In his free time, he supports his three children in their sports activities and also plays ice hockey himself in an adult hockey school.

Satu Lapinlampi, vice chair
Office Manager, Senfit
Satu works at the Oulu-based company Senfit. Since it’s difficult to come up with a title for someone who handles financial administration, promotes sustainability initiatives, takes care of marketing and communications, and manages all sorts of other miscellaneous tasks, they ended up going with the first option that came to mind: Office Manager.
Before joining Senfit, Satu worked in the software industry as a CEO, in communications, and –about a hundred years ago – in social services and early childhood education.
In her free time, Satu is interested in getting started with jogging, films, crafts, books, and doing absolutely nothing.

Jonna Ranta, treasurer
Marketing Director, VRKiwi
Jonna works as a marketing director at VRKiwi. An empathetic person with a keen interest in people, Jonna enjoys teamwork and collaborative efforts. With a background as a geneticist, Jonna has transitioned through roles as a laboratory manager, account director, and now marketing director. Jonna is interested in technology and its potential to do good, as well as bring joy and entertainment to people.
VRKiwi specializes in developing virtual reality games and publishing games made by other game studios. Jonna believes that virtual reality games offer the most immersive form of entertainment, allowing players to actively participate in the game. As a counterbalance to technology, Jonna enjoys nature, finding relaxation in forest walks and downhill skiing.

Miikka Kostian, secretary
CEO, Kooders
At Kooders, Miikka serves as the CEO and is responsible for the technical architecture and design of projects. He founded Kooders in 2013 to secure an internship for his studies at a university of applied sciences. The IT industry has been a part of Miikka’s life for half of his life.
In his work, Miikka is particularly interested in making everyday life easier for people and in system integrations. He is passionate about enabling things for others, for example, by producing content related to coding. This is why Miikka and his team publish the #MitäVattua podcast every Tuesday.

Antti Järvinen
CEO, Virtasenkauppa.fi
Antti Järvinen is the eldest child in an entrepreneurial family, with two sisters and a brother. Antti’s personal hobbies include golf and gym, and his other interests include sports cars.
After graduating from Salo Business School in 1997 with studies in information management and gaining several years of work experience, Antti completed his eMBA studies at Turku School of Economics in 2014.
He began his career at the age of 16 at Suomalainen Kirjakauppa, responsible for computer games. Before joining Jimm’s PC-Store in 2003, he worked at a home electronics store in Salo, where he was in charge of purchasing and selling computers and computer peripherals. Even before his appointment as CEO of Jimm’s PC-Store Ltd (2011–2021), he played an active role in business development, with a particular interest in developing enterprise resource planning systems and customer service processes. This focus continues in his current role at Virtasenkauppa.

Petri Koivula
Dev lead, Fraktio
Petri is one of the founders of Fraktio, a company that does digital development with a coaching attitude. Petri has versatile experience with software development projects, and he now works as a Dev lead at Fraktio.
Lately Petri has been interested in AI, demoscene and different ways of bringing good into the society. For some time now Petri has participated in organizing events, producing live streams and helping people share things, both on his free time and at Fraktio.

Mikael Hannolainen
Board member, Testausserveri ry
Despite his young age, Mikael has prominent expertise in coding. His passion is to create creative, visually appealing and practical solutions. Cyber security, AI, open source and web development are especially close topics for Mikael, and he likes to spend his free time with different kinds of side projects.
Mikael is one of the founders of Testausserveri ry. Testausserveri is an association that aims to promote IT- and cyber-related hobbies among young people while offering them a platform for developing their skills and sharing their expertise.

Sampsa Siitonen
CEO, Marvel Consulting Group
Sampsa has worked as a software entrepreneur throughout his entire career. He founded his first SaaS company with fellow students well over a decade ago. Since then, he has started several more companies, and his fourth venture, Marvel Consulting Group, focuses on helping software companies find the best outsourced software developers.
Finding the right talent is important to Sampsa, as great software can’t be built without skilled people. As an entrepreneur, his expertise lies particularly in sales, finance, business development, leadership, and recruitment. He is especially committed to promoting employment and growth within the industry.
In his free time, Sampsa enjoys spending time in nature and staying active with hobbies like golf, floorball, skiing, and hiking.

Esa Mäkelä
Web-developer
Esa has been designing and developing WordPress websites for around 17 years. In addition to working on a few web applications, he has been involved in the technical implementation and maintenance of approximately 100 websites and 10 online stores. He also has experience in communications, having worked as a layout designer for a local newspaper, a radio host, and a direct marketing professional.
His career as a web developer began through personal hobbies. His first major project was a local online magazine created during his school years, which sparked his interest in both the communications field and WordPress development.
A key focus for 2025 is updating server configurations to enhance website security.

Johanna is a writer, writing instructor, and entrepreneur who studied creative writing but found herself working in the it-industry. The most fascinating thing about communications according to Johanna is that there is always something to improve. In her spare time she reads, writes, and enjoys nature with her dog, Kuisma.
