Joining

We have three types of membership: company (full), community (free of charge) and supporter. 

Company members

Company (full) membership requires meeting the criteria, either for a product or a service. Company membership entails the right to use the symbol in corporate communications.

Membership fees for companies 2025–2026:

  • 1–5 employees: €65 
  • 6–20 employees: €130 
  • 21–50 employees: €270
  • 51–150 employees: €420
  • More than 150 employees: €600 

Membership Benefit for New Companies: Companies established during the membership period (calendar year) receive a 100% discount on their first membership fee. Note: Please indicate your company’s date of establishment on the membership application form so we can apply the discount.

Referral Benefit: A company whose referral results in a new member joining the association receives a one-time discount on its next membership fee equal to the new member’s fee. The discount cannot exceed the referrer’s own membership fee. Multiple referrals can be made each year, and all valid referrals will be credited accordingly. Note: Please ask the new member to list you as their referrer on the membership application form so we can allocate the benefit correctly.

How to join us:

  1. Check the criteria.
  2. Check the correct fee: 1–5 employees €65 / 6–20 employees €130 / 21–50 employees €270 / 51–150 employees: €420 / more than 150 employees €600 
  3. Pay the first membership fee via Holvi.
  4. Fill in the application (below).
  5. Enjoy! The Board accepts new members in their monthly meeting (every 1st Friday of the month): you will receive a confirmation via email and an invitation to join our Slack.
  6. Advertise that you are a member on your social media channels, join our Slack and use the membership benefits!

After the first year, we will send you an e-invoice. Please indicate your e-invoice address in the membership application. Should your membership not be accepted, your fee will be refunded.

The membership fee includes a digital membership certificate. Printed certificates are available for a separate fee. The certificates are (e)mailed quarterly.

Your logo will be featured on our website alongside other members: please make sure that it is in PNG format on white or transparent background and avoid unnecessarily large files. Thanks!

Community members

Student organisations and other communities that support the mission of the association are eligible for community membership. Community membership is free of charge.

  2. Fill in the application (below).
  3. Enjoy! The Board accepts new members in their monthly meeting (every 1st Friday of the month): you will receive a confirmation via email and an invitation to join our Slack.
  4. Advertise that you are a member on your social media channels, join our Slack and use the membership benefits!

Supporters

Supporter members are organisations or individuals who wish to support the mission and activities of the association. Supporters will be acknowledged in a special way.
